Drove out straight to town today. Reach pretty early, so started out at gym very early having lots of parts to do. Decided to engage a trainer for today as i don't see myself going anywhere recently, so i need some advice and just nice this trainer apprached me to introduced himself. Decided to try him, and so took an hour training from him. It really did a good stressing on the muscles part i wanna train up.
Gonna do cardio tmr morning to lost fats, and the next day will be building up and toning again! Hopefully i can achieve what i'm aiming for in like 2months or less!(:
Work is gonna freaking slack tmr, hopefully nothing cock up.
